Weigh-In Day

Just a quick post (for now).  I lost 3.6 pounds this week!  Only 4.4 to go to reach my preliminary goal!  Can I push for an extra .8 pound loss this week over last week?  I don't know.  I was pretty weak last week.  I'll do my best!

  2. Thanks, Shelley! I was catching up on your blog yesterday and I had forgotten that you did shakes in the beginning. I had thought about doing Medifast to get myself going, for a while and was afraid I wouldn't be able to do it. I am glad I did. Can't wait to transition, though.
