Weigh-In Day

Well, I am not showing any loss this week.  In fact, I am showing a little gain.  I know there is no way I could have gained fat because I followed the plan all week, except the little bit of peanut butter Thursday night.  It's just one of those things with my body and I feel sure it will show up next week.  I will not let it throw me and will keep on working for that goal.
